Fiddlehead
Tucked into the woodsy pines and furled fronds rests this quiet spread. Clients were craving to elevate the space and bookend their days with a more peaceful, zen mindset before or after a long shift. The primary suite proved to be a gracious amount of space but ripe for a layout shake-up and modernization. While we were at it, we took the opportunity to freshen up a second washroom for guests.

The Smith Center
Situated on the forks of Casco Bay, you'll find Wolfe's Neck Farm. A stunning coastal treasure sprawling over 600 acres of conservation land offering farm-based education, research, and visitors from near and far. The Smith Center for Education and Research was conceived from the growing interest and expansion of internal offerings as well the opportunity to host external groups of varied sizes. The footprint of a relocated dairy barn became the foundation in which The Smith Center was built. This 7,500 sq/ft nucleus is a completely fossil fuel-free facility built to Passive House standards.

Smuggler's Cove
New to Maine and newly empty nesters, clients imagined a next phase that would involve adventuring while still maintaining the pull of a welcoming family home. The home they found was situated on a dramatic cliff with an intimate cove that felt pulled from a novel. They fell in love with the intensity of the water and the striking rock outcroppings. The location checked all the boxes but the well-loved home situated on the site required a gut renovation to make it uniquely their own.
